Hi, my name is Ash.
For years my passion has been exploring the best ways to get – and stay – fit and healthy.
I’m not just talking about bodybuilding, and I’m certainly not talking about those miracle weight and Fat loss programs and fad diets.
I’m more interested in making slow, steady, and easy changes to our diet, lifestyle, and daily routine which will be relatively painless, and yet which will help us to stay permanently slim, fit, and feeling good and looking good.
I wouldn’t say I’m a fitness freak or a gym junkie – I’m more interested in living a normal life, but in such a way as to avoid the fallout from too many business lunches, too many delivery pizza’s in front of the TV, or too many chocolates in bed on a Sunday afternoon.
I have been studying diet and fitness, and exercise for many years, trying this, experimenting with that, and I’ve built up a lot of knowledge of what works and what doesn’t. My friends are always asking me questions about fitness, diet, work-outs, supplements, etc, so I thought why not share my experience on the internet, where my friends – and everyone else – can benefit from it.
This Blog is the start of that sharing.
My goal is to make it so good that it can become your one-stop-shop for fitness ideas, training tips, healthy recipes, nutrition, exercise and diet, healthy diet plan, supplement reviews and anything else you’d like to know.
